How should I clean my photo mug?
Our classic, china and heart mugs are dishwasher-safe, but we recommend washing them by hand using a mild detergent to keep the print looking its best for longer. The enamel and magic mugs are not suitable for the dishwasher and should only be washed by hand.
Where on my personalised photo mug will the print appear?
We offer a choice of print options for your personalised cup. If you select the portrait or landscape option, your photo will appear on one side of the mug: you can request a print to the left or right side of the handle. If you select the panorama option, your photo will appear as a full wraparound print. Note that panorama-printed mugs may cost a little more.
What size are the printed mugs?

Classic mug: height 9.5cm, circumference 8cm, volume 325ml.

China mug: height 8cm, circumference 7cm, volume 230ml.

Magic mug: height 9.5cm, circumference 8cm, volume 325ml.

Enamel mug: height 8cm, circumference 8cm, volume 300ml.
