What image resolution do I need?
For best print quality, photos should be at least 300 DPI at the size they'll be printed. Most phone and camera photos are well above this minimum. Heavily cropped shots or images downloaded from social media may print at lower quality — our editor flags low-resolution images during the design process.
What file formats can I upload?
JPEG and PNG are recommended. HEIC files from newer iPhones are auto-converted. PDF, TIFF, RAW and other formats aren't supported in the editor — convert to JPEG before upload.
