How is my order packaged?

In order to enable your goods to reach you undamaged, we only use high-quality special packaging for our products. Our canvas print panel products are, for example, are furnished with an extra layer of edge protection, so that the corners are not damaged in transit. Most of our products are also wrapped in a firm air cushion foil.


 

Which service provider is my order sent with?

Our products are sent with UPS. Out-sized formats, such as 120x90cm formats, are delivered by GEL-Express Logistik.


 

How much are the shipping costs?

We deliver to the following countries: UK, Nothern Ireland and Ireland

Shipping information

As soon as your parcel is ready for shipping, you also receive a new dispatch notification from the address shipping@unitedartsgmbh.de. If you do not receive this notification after expiry of the production time for your article, it is possible that this is due to the message landing in your spam folder. If you also cannot find a message there, please feel free to contact our customer service using out contact form.

Orders of two products (excluding photobooks and photo calendars) of maximum 40 x 30cm in size will be automatically shipped without tracking.


 

My delivery address is incorrect or has changed. What do I need to do?

Unfortunately your address cannot be changed later due to the speed of order processing.


 

Is there an express delivery?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to send your items more quickly.


 

Where do you deliver?

Delivery to all other countries is unfortunately currently not possible.


 

How can I check the status of my delivery?

At www.ups.eu or www.gel-express.de you can find the current shipping status of your parcel at any time. For this, enter your parcel number from your shipping notification in the "Tracking" field.


 

What do I do if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, UPS /GEL takes your parcel away with them and leaves a message. The courier either makes a second attempt at delivery the next day, or leaves your parcel with a neighbour or in a parcel shop near you. If you know in advance that you will not be at home for the entire day, you can generally inform the courier service of this by telephone and agree another delivery appointment. When do I need to pick up my parcel from the parcel shop?

If the courier service has left your parcel in the parcel shop for pick-up because you could not be reached, you have up to 9 working days to pick your parcel up. If the parcel is not picked up within the deadline, the parcel is returned to us. In this case, a new delivery on our part unfortunately is carried out at your cost.


 

What do I do if my delivery address is incorrect?

Can I also have my parcel delivered to a Packstation?

Unfortunately, you cannot provide a Packstation as a shipping address. We only deliver with UPS, and for over-sized parcels with GEL-Express-Logistik. Our couriers cannot go to a Packstation.


 

Who bears possible customs duties.

For shipping to European non-EU countries such as Switzerland, customs duties can be levied by the courier. Please note that these fees are always borne by the recipient.
